You bring the original document and a valid photo ID, and we confirm exactly what type of notarization it requires.

We review the document and confirm the signer’s identity before anything is signed or stamped.
We check registered ownership, encumbrances, and litigation history against the parcel. This usually takes 5 to 10 working days.

Signing and Sealing
You sign in front of our notary, who witnesses the signature directly and applies the official seal.
Physical verification that boundaries match the documents, and that no one else is occupying or claiming the land.
